Anniversary of the Good

The birthday is a special date, especially when it's an anniversary of the elderly.

The "Anniversary of the Good" action on Good Deeds Day! The birthday is a special date, especially when it's an anniversary. For the elderly, attention on such a day can mean a lot more than gifts. That's why RVC held this action, "Anniversary of the Good," dedicated to the celebrations of the elderly with special attention, care, and warmth.

About 15 volunteers - both experienced participants and newcomers - united to make this day special for those who celebrate their anniversary alone or without their regular family gatherings.

Every birthday person was given presents, which were picked up with warmth and care; these included tickets to the theater, flowers, sweets, and genuine wishes, smiles, and lively conversation. All this became possible thanks to the support of our partners, whose help made every gesture even more meaningful.

Some volunteers organized little tea parties right at the elderly homes - with conversations, memories, and a true celebrational vibe.

The "Anniversary of the Good" isn't just a way to congratulate a person; it's an act of recognition, respect, and gratitude. It's an opportunity to remind you - you are remembered, you are appreciated, and we are happy to see you.

Such events are meaningful not only for the beneficiaries but also to volunteers themselves; it's a lively communication, a moment of closeness, and a confirmation that the good begins with something simple - being there.
