To develop volunteering in Moldova is to share experiences and draw inspiration from the achievements of colleagues worldwide. Today's story exemplifies this idea.

From July 1 to July 4, in sunny Porto, Portugal, the regional conference "Good Deeds Day Europe 2024" took place. This event brought together leaders from different European countries to share knowledge, successes, and new ideas in volunteer work and social activities. The conference is a platform for exchanging experiences, establishing new contacts, and strengthening existing connections between organizations committed to making the world a better place.

For these days, participants conducted fascinating and informative presentations on various topics. They discussed strategies for finding partners, methods for increasing the number of volunteers, and ways to create effective and sustainable volunteer networks. Special attention was given to attracting youth to volunteer activities and using social media to promote the GDD project.

Representatives from Moldova, Nikolai Railean and Nikita Perunov, prepared two significant presentations: "Building a Network and Building a Campaign on Social Media" and "Building a Sustainable Network in Your Country." They detailed the key aspects of creating and maintaining volunteer networks, as well as running successful social media campaigns. The presentations from Moldova generated great interest and inspired many conference participants.

One of the most memorable and useful sessions was a meeting with representatives from various NGOs, who shared their exciting and successful projects. The success stories presented in this session showcased a wide range of opportunities for implementing social initiatives and inspired many to pursue new achievements.

Representatives of RVC were delighted to highlight many new ideas and approaches the plan to implement in our country. RVC has been an official partner of Good Deeds Day for nine years, and we are proud to host the tenth, anniversary Good Deeds Day Moldova next 2025 year.

This conference marked an important milestone in the development of the #DoingGood movement, and we are happy for the opportunity to participate in such a significant event. We have a lot of exciting work ahead, and we are confident that through our collective efforts, we can make our world better and kinder!
