Between 11 and 14 of September the project “We Collect Memory Pieces” organized by the Israeli memorial complex “Yad Vashem” took place in Chisinau. During this time 230 persons have come to share their reminiscence and family relics. The improbable number of photos, documents and personal belongings became a part of the museum. These touching stories didn’t leave our volunteers indifferent.

We thank our partners from JDC Kishinev and Yad Vashem: World Holocaust Center, Jerusalem, JDC FSU and Hesed Yehuda for such important project and for the opportunity to participate in it!
