A house is a place where we can be ourselves. This is the most significant place for us, where we can find love and warmth of the home. We love our house; however, some of us do not always manage to keep it in an acceptable state. Coldness, rain, technical breakdowns – all this negatively affects the condition of any room.
The project “Who, if not us?” is aimed at renovation of the houses of single elderly people and large families who cannot fulfill even basic reparation. Volunteers help in the cosmetic repair of the house, fix the furniture, as well as warm the window frames before winter frosts and clean up the territory around the house during the warm time of the year.
Volunteers who participate in this project have experience and knowledge in repair work. Volunteers are engaged in this project on weekends during the day.
