The “Stayfit” project helps you stay fit, bring people together to communicate with each other and receive positive emotions!
We prepare a specific program for each lesson and select the exercises and directions. We will practice yoga, dance, learn self-defense techniques, do exercises and much more. When it gets warmer, we will be able to go for a run and arrange active games in the fresh air. This sounds great, doesn’t it?
