Volunteer project “Shades of Happiness “

Sunny winter day is a good reason for good deeds! Having decided not to miss such a chance, volunteers of the “Shades of Happiness” project visited a boarding school in the village of Karpineny, Hyncheshty area. The program of the visit consisted of classes with a psychologist and a master class in art. Volunteers had to do with children from different age groups. The lecture with the psychologist helped volunteers to get acquainted with children and to learn their behavior, as well as to understand what themes for discussion are most interesting for them. On a master class children made Christmas wreaths in the form of amusing deer made of fir- cones and other scratch.

Volunteers had to do with children from different age groups therefore they gave classes in absolutely different manner. This debut visit impressed volunteers very much especially those who came to the boarding school for the first time. Thanks to all who have supported us at the very beginning of our project. It were you to helped to colour  life of these children in all shades of happiness!
