The long-awaited educational seminar on planning VC Training for the RVC team and coordinators of volunteer projects from Balti and Rybnitsa took place on October 8-10.

For three days, the coordinators raised many and important topics, such as:

• Jewish education with Jewish educator Rebekah Safrona
• team building
• time management with a psychologist and business coach Lyudmila-Semina Gitsu
• inspired by successful projects from our colleagues from Volunteer Community Ukraine
• went deep into work with volunteers with our mentor Liora Arnon
• analyzed the work of RVC
• developed ideas for 2022

Also, after laborious, but fruitful work, an interesting master class on drawing with wine was held for the coordinators of the volunteer center, the technique of which each of them can use in the future to work on projects.
