The Volunteer Project Fair of RVC

This year, the fair brought together over 150 new volunteers who got acquainted with the ongoing RVC projects.

On October 19, 2025, the RVC 2025 Volunteer Project Fair was held at Tucano Coffee. This event, for the eleventh year in a row, has brought together young people full of initiative and become a starting point for hundreds of volunteer stories. Traditionally, the fair serves as a platform where everyone can find a project to their liking, meet with project coordinators, and take their first step into the world of conscious volunteering.

This year, the event brought together dozens of social initiatives and over 150 new volunteers who decided to join RVC. Participants met with project coordinators, registered for their chosen projects, and have already begun preparing for their volunteer work by attending educational sessions and meeting with mentors and psychologists.

The fair program included four informative sessions, each of which explored important aspects of volunteering:

- Madalina Mihaela Antoci - member of the CNTM - spoke about the importance of young people's participation in society.

Nikita Katernyuk - RVC Manager - shared the center's history and values;

- RVC TEAM presented practical experiences of participating in volunteer initiatives, and current volunteers shared inspiring personal stories that demonstrate how meaningful every contribution can be.

Fair guests also learned about the center's core activities, including working with the elderly through the "Origins of Mercy" project, supporting children and families, the Call Center project, the Healthy Food Basket initiative, environmental and animal welfare activities, and volunteering in logistics and event organization. All these projects allow each participant to find their place and a way to contribute to society.

The RVC Volunteer Projects Fair isn't just a meeting; it's a space where ideas are born, teams are formed, and people who value doing good consciously come together. Each participant became part of a bigger volunteer movement that values collaboration, initiative, and a desire to take action.

RVC expresses gratitude to Tucano Coffee Moldova's partners for their hospitality and support for the development of volunteering in Moldova. Thanks to their efforts, the RVC 2025 Fair became an event that inspired new projects and served as a reminder that kindness is a force that unites.
