On November 2, a “Social Project Management” seminar was held for the participants in the “Profesie prin voluntariat” program, bringing together more than 60 active participants who are interested in developing their own projects and getting practical skills in managing already existing initiatives.
This seminar was an important opportunity for young people to learn more about how to create ideas, build teams, and realize social projects that benefit society. The lecturers were Victoria Tepordey - project manager and trainer at EduLife - who spoke about roles, responsibilities, and motivation in a team, and Alexandra Kiseeva - entrepreneur, fashion blogger, and RVC volunteer - who shared her experience in social media marketing and promoting social projects. Their presentations combined theory and practice, helping participants view volunteering as a space for professional growth and opportunity.
In addition to the lecturers, project co-coordinators Loredana Plamadeala and Daria Zalevskaya addressed the participants, discussing the development of the "Profesie prin voluntariat" initiative and the team's role in achieving success. Project coordinator Artyom Chinah led a practical session - "From Idea to Project" - during which each group was given a topic and developed a detailed action plan, practically applying their freshly acquired knowledge.
At the end of the seminar, participants received small prizes from the Volunteer Center as a gesture of appreciation for their active participation and desire for development.
The seminar was organized as part of the "Profesie prin voluntariat" project, supported by the National Youth Agency.
