RVC: 11 years - 11 stories!

March 2nd is a special date for all of us. On this day, 11 years ago, the RVC was created - a space for people united by the desire to change the world. And every year, we don't just celebrate an anniversary; we remember how much has happened, how many initiatives were realized, and how many people became a part of this community.

This time, we decided to celebrate it in a special way - with a quiz, which brought together both those who joined recently and those who have been with us for a long time. Questions, tasks, and atmosphere - all time was filled with the RVC history. We have been through 10 stations, each one of which symbolized one of our years and a memorable event, which left a mark on the volunteers' and organization's lives. We were remembering how it was all beginning in 2014, when RVC just opened; we talked about the first even Good Deeds Day back in 2016, about difficulties and adaptability in 2020, during the pandemic, and about the Volunteer School Hub in 2024 - all this is just a tiny part of our journey.

Stations were led by people who create the history of RVC themselves - coordinators, who work today and those who were a part of a team during different times. It became a real bridge between the generations of volunteers; the newcomers were absorbing the vibe of good deeds, and the experienced participants remembered how much they've already accomplished.

The finale of the evening was the cake, because an anniversary without a cake is simply impossible. It was a moment not only for wishes but also for realization - RVC isn't just an organization; it's people, it's history, and it's 11 years filled with so much sense. And there is much more that awaits in the future.
