In Touch wit Care

Phone calls from RVC volunteers are more than just words.

Phone calls from RVC volunteers are more than just words. They represent attention, support, and care, felt by our beneficiaries on the other end of the line. To ensure every communication is genuine and warm, call center volunteers regularly take training and workshops. One of these took place on September 21st.

The "In Touch with Care" seminar brought together 17 volunteers. The atmosphere was both light and intense, as participants not only listened to lectures but also immediately applied their new knowledge.

Psychologist Tatyana Voronovskaya introduced the volunteers to the neurographics method - a creative tool that helps manage emotional stress and rebuild inner balance. The participants tried the technique and noted that it truly helped them feel calm.

TV presenter Anna Danilchenko led a training session on voice and diction. Volunteers learned breathing exercises, techniques for confident and soft vocal delivery, and techniques for making speech more expressive. These skills are especially important, as intonation determines how supportive and warm a conversation sounds.

The seminar became a platform for participants to share experiences, ask questions, and gain inspiration. Everyone left not only with new knowledge but also with a boost of positive emotions for future work.

"In Touch with Care" once again proved that a volunteer's call is more than just words. It's a voice that can support, reassure, and provide a sense of closeness. Thus, each new skill and each similar training makes this assistance even more meaningful and valuable.
