Kishinev Marathon - Support from RVC

The 10th anniversary "Chișinău Marathon" brought together not only thousands of runners but also dozens of volunteers, without whom the event would not have been possible. A team of 45 volunteers from the Republican Volunteer Center (RVC) contributed to the organization and support of the race, carrying out important tasks in key areas of the marathon.

At the water distribution points (Water Points), volunteers provided participants with water, handing out bottles while they were on the move. In the start zone (Start Zone), they guided runners, helping each one get properly oriented before the race. In the relaxation zone (Relax Zone), fruits and light snacks were prepared to help participants recover, while in the finish zone (Finish Zone), volunteers greeted participants and presented them with well-earned medals.

Participating in such large-scale sporting events is not only a serious responsibility but also a great way to have fun and be helpful at the same time. The RVC Center offers a variety of volunteer activities, and working at sporting events always attracts those who are looking for an active and positive experience.

This kind of involvement is more than just assistance—it’s a source of inspiration for many, both for the volunteers and the participants of the event. Thank you to everyone who became part of the 10th "Chișinău Marathon" and helped make the event a success!
