Summer school with the support of grants for the youth: how 100 teenagers were taking a step into the future.
Summer school Be.Do.Have 2.0: how 100 teenagers were taking a step into the future.
How might a first meaningful experience appear for a teenager? For participants of the Be.Do.Have 2.0 summer school, it's a unique chance to try themselves in different areas and discover new opportunities through volunteering.

In August, 100 teenagers from different parts of the country (from Chisinau to Balti, from Soroca to Comrat, and from Orhei to Tiraspol) came together for a seminar to study, work in a team, and create their first projects. During several days, they took a series of intensive sessions in 5 areas - IT, medicine, teaching, ecology, and entrepreneurship.

Every area was led by experienced experts:
- IT - Vitalii Stepovenco and Nikita Gruia showed how to use technology safely and efficiently.
- Career guidance and soft skills - Elena Deruga, Liudmila Siomina-Ghițu, Ana Maria Șeptelici, and Ecaterina Ghimpu helped teens to uncover their strong sides and to outline their career path.
- Entrepreneurship and marketing - Dmitrii Voloshin, Anton Pahotin, and Irena Pocladova taught how to turn ideas into sustainable projects.
- Medicine - Elmira Antoci and Liubovi Davidova gave useful knowledge about first aid and disease prevention.
- Ecology - Vadim Axentii told about how to take care of nature and sustainable development.
- Teaching - Aliona Bevziuc showed how to find an approach to kids and how to make a learning process interesting.
- HR and communications - Elena Butuc, Olga Zencenco, and Victoria Zbîrnea explained how to build teamwork and efficient interaction.

A whole part was dedicated to the development of soft skills and career guidance: teenagers were learning how to manage projects, increase leadership, improve communication, and work in a team.
The results were extraordinary:
- more than 20 social initiatives were presented;
- 10 best projects were picked for the finale;
- all teams continue to realize their ideas in their cities and communities with the support of mentors.

Summer school showed that volunteering isn't just about helping others; it's also about self-development.
The «Be.Do.Have 2.0» summer school became not only an educational program for participants but a real window to the future. Here, teens made their first steps towards certain professions, learned how to work in a team, and some are already turning their projects into reality for their towns and communities.

The program is held thanks to the support of the National Youth Agency within the framework of 2025 grants and proves that volunteering isn't just about helping others; it's also a way to self-development, new knowledge, and self-confidence.
