Volunteer project “Cooking Together”

We continue to acquaint you with our lovely grandmothers and their family recipes. This time we were welcomed by  Lyudmila Alekseevna who shared with us the most tasty and important for her family recipe of sweet hamantaschen.

Hamantaschen or “Aman’s ears” are three-cornered pastries stuffed with poppy seeds or jam. They associated with the Jewish festival of Purim
